Loews Coral Gables Hotel

Our whole experience was absolutely outstanding. The concierge Edmond was very friendly and helpful checking us in. Our wait staff for dinner was fantastic as well including the manager, who was very concerned that we were waiting too long for our food, however we did not feel we had an unreasonable wait at all. The property is pet friendly and we loved seeing dogs. The room was spotless and smelled fresh, and the bed is the most comfortable bed we've had at a hotel in a long time. The whole stay was beyond reproach and we will definitely stay with you again the next time we're in Miami.

I like to give (and not give) praise when due. I call it as i see it so people get an honest review. There is absolutely no issue I can fault this hotel on, it is absolutely first class. We chose this over the Biltmore due to the consistently positive comments and they are spot on. We arrived earlier than check in time and got our room straight away, the concierge (Edmond) sent a little plate of chocolates and a personal welcome and the staff throughout the hotel are 5 star plus. This is THE place to stay if coming to Miami. The local area is spotless, safe to walk and has plenty of shopping and eating all within walking distance. If you don't want to walk, the Coral Gables Trolley runs in a loop all day and is free to ride. Rideshares are aplenty for the airport, cruise terminal or anywhere you want to go. PS. The hotel.gives you a $10 Uber credit that offsets the resort fee of $26.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my birthday trip to Miami, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special shout-out to Ariana, who checked me in - she was absolutely wonderful, professional, and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. What really stood out was the thoughtful surprise from the hotel team: they noticed it was my birthday and went above and beyond by sending me lovely gifts along with a handwritten note signed by the staff. That personal touch meant so much and made my birthday feel extra special. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable and heartfelt experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Miami - especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion!

Simply impeccable - a gorgeous place in an amazing neighbourhood for walking, exploring and sightseeing. The staff blew us away, and treated our children like royalty. We loved the special touches sprinkled throughout our stay, that made us and our little ones feel so welcomed. Food - amazing. Amenities - amazing. Staff - incredible. It was our first time at a Loews property, and I simply cannot wait to return. Spotless, sparkling, refined hotel which truly has heart. We felt like family amongst the staff.

UPDATE: The service got a lot better! The rest of the stay was pretty seamless and they helped us out when we needed to extend a night because of a cancelled flight. I would definitely come back and a big shout out to the guys at the Pool bar - very nice! I am currently staying here and so far, it’s been the worst service I’ve experienced. From a 2 hour wait for my breakfast (which I only got because I went downstairs to the restaurant and didn’t leave til my food arrived to the room), to basically every single request (which is really just water for my room) not being fulfilled. I also was told there would be a balloon and milk and cookies when we arrived for my son’s birthday - none were there. They told me to call the next am and they’d deliver an “amenity” (whatever that means). I did and guess what? No amenity arrived. I’m exhausted and it’s only been 1 of 5 nights. They’ve assured me it’ll get better, so I’ll update this if it does indeed get better. Also, they don’t offer any upgrades to suites under Amex’s fine resorts programs, I didn’t get any upgrade because my king room was too nice lol - a cop out in my opinion.

Gorgeous hotel and great addition to Coral Gables. My husband and I are back in Miami (lived here prior to moving to Georgia) and our top choice was the Loews Hotel. Check in was easy and we had the pleasure of meeting Peter — whatever you’re paying Peter, double it! He was phenomenal and made our check in and stay so special. We will be back to stay soon, but only if Peter will be here!

They were beyond helpful, warm, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. This weekend was incredibly special because I proposed to my fiancé, and they played such a big part in helping everything come together smoothly. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the moment even more magical than I could have imagined. It’s rare to encounter service that feels so personal and sincere. Peter and Daniella went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their support during such an important milestone in our lives. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and top-tier hospitality in Coral Gables, this is the place. We will absolutely be back!

I highly recommend this location which is walking distance to resturants, boutiques and various attractions. This is the third time I have visited the Lowe's at Coral Gardens. We were warmly greeted by Peter at the front desk. The entire staff from the pool team to the resturant team are incredibly warm, personable and attentive! The entire property is beautiful, super clean, spacious and well decorated! Looking forward to returning!
